What would it mean to you, if you had a place to sort through your thoughts and feelings? To have the space and time to re-connect with yourself?

As a Registered Psychotherapist, RP I’ve spent the last 10 years helping people navigate the various ups and downs that life inevitably brings.

My approach is grounded, respectful, curious and empathic.

I work mostly with folks who are trying to make sense of a difficult childhood or upbringing, including complex family dynamics and relational trauma. You may be noticing feelings of shame, anxiety, unexplored grief, anger, or low mood, a sense of unfulfilled potential, or find that you over-function and feel the pressure to be perfect.

In relational therapy we explore the impact on both you, and your relationships and begin to find a way through.

Whatever is on your mind, most people find talking it through with someone, can provide some sense of relief.

I invite you to send me an email with some brief details about yourself and we’ll take it from there.

It is a joy to be hidden and a disaster not to be found.
