If you’re brand new to therapy and have further questions for me, i offer a complimentary 15 minute meet & greet.
This brief call will aim to answer any questions you may have about logistics, fees or the therapy process.
Clinical consultations are 50 minutes in length which i offer at a reduced rate of $50.00.

Choosing a therapist is an important decision, so i offer the first session at a reduced rate.
An in depth clinical consultation explores your reasons for seeking therapy. We’ll also talk about logistics, and what to expect from the process. Allowing time to assess if the connection, and type of therapy i offer is a good fit for you.
We may discuss alternative referrals, and resources too if needed.

Therapy is most effective when attended regularly.
Most clients will attend on either a weekly, or bi-weekly basis, (twice per month).
Together we’ll arrange a regular appointment spot, at a mutually agreed time and day.
Cancellations require 48 hours notice.

Confidentiality
Privacy is the cornerstone of trust in the therapy relationship. You have a right to keep your information confidential. Prior to our initial session i will provide a therapeutic agreement, which outlines my professional responsibilities. We’ll talk about this together before proceeding with any therapy.
Appointment Cancellation
Please note that I require notice 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid being charged for the session.
Missed appointments will also result in a charge for the session.
