How Therapy Can Help.

Therapy is a place to talk about anything that you like. A place to bring your fears, worries, daily struggles, or wonderings.

I offer a relationship, centered on your wellbeing and growth. A place to feel seen and heard, in ways that may not be possible in other areas of your life. It’s a relationship built on trust, and together we’ll work towards understanding, and making sense of whatever it is you’re going through.

Very often, and for lots of reasons, we can feel disconnected from our inner world. Navigating loss, feeling anxious or frustrated with life, or difficulties in relationships can leave us feeling overwhelmed and stuck. For most of us, we’re often not sure how to deal with hard feelings. So we adapt as best we can, and develop strategies to cope. Sometimes these strategies can start to interfere with our lives and relationships.

In Therapy, you’ll learn how to listen to yourself. Together we’ll find ways to connect with your thoughts, emotions and intuition. By being curious about your experiences, and listening intently, we can begin to learn what your needs are and move towards feeling better.

You may already know what you need help with, or you may be confused, unsure and struggling to put your experience into words. Each person’s journey looks different. I welcome you just as you are.
